EMPLOYEE’S JOB TURNOVER IN BANKING SECTOR AND ITS IMPACT ON SOCIETY AND POLICY FORMULATION

The aim of study is to carry out an analysis determinants employee’s job turnover in banking sector. Further possible impacts on society and policy formulation are discussed at the end. Empiric witness has been evaluated across three major i.e., involvement, organizational culture compensation with turnover. For analysis, data was collected through a questionnaire from sample 200 bank employees (male n = 119 female 81) population 2600 most banks Pakistan as Habib Bank Limited, Allied Limited Askari Limited. classification done basis financial worth number employees. results confirm that selected factors do have impact employee but other matter. Out these involvement had negative retention whereas positive beneficial for simultaneously. Policy implications this paper.
